Let messages from patients gather in one inbox.
WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Page messages open inside the panel the clinic already uses. It is not a separate program but a module that runs inside Bi'Klinik.
Who it is for
For clinics whose patient messages arrive through three separate apps, where it is hard to keep track of which one was answered.
- Clinics whose patients write on WhatsApp and whose replies go from a staff member's own phone
- Practices where Instagram and Facebook Page messages are missed
- Teams that confirm and remind about appointments in writing
- Businesses that want the accounts to stay in the clinic's own hands
Three channels, one inbox
WhatsApp Business Platform, Instagram professional account messages and Facebook Page (Messenger) messages open in the same place. The conversation continues on whichever channel the patient wrote from, and staff do not switch apps.
- Messages arriving through WhatsApp Business Platform
- Messages sent to the Instagram professional account
- Facebook Page (Messenger) messages
- The module runs inside Bi'Klinik, it is not a separately installed program
The clinic connects its own accounts
You make the connection yourself through Meta's own setup flow: you sign in with your own WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Facebook Page accounts and grant permission. The accounts stay in the clinic's ownership.
- The connection is made through Meta's setup flow (embedded signup)
- The connected accounts are the clinic's own accounts
- Access can be cut from Meta Business Manager whenever you want
- When access is cut, messaging stops and the clinic keeps its account
What it is used for
The module is for the correspondence itself: appointment reminders and confirmations, answers to what the patient asked, and keeping frequently sent messages as templates. The delivery status of a sent message is shown next to the conversation.
- Appointment and visit reminders, appointment confirmations
- Answers to patient support questions
- Message templates managed in one place
- Follow-up on the delivery status of a sent message
- The clinical record is out of scope: history, prescriptions, tests and diagnosis are not here
We write WhatsApp's 24-hour rule as it is
Writing free text on WhatsApp has a window: within 24 hours of the patient's last message to you, you can send whatever message you want. Once the window closes, only a template Meta has approved in advance goes out. This is not a limit we set, it is the rule of the WhatsApp Business Platform.
- Free text can be sent within 24 hours of the patient's last message
- After the window closes, only templates approved by Meta are sent
- Templates are submitted for approval and cannot be used before they are approved
- There is no such thing as bulk messaging anyone at any time
Message data is processed only to provide this service
Conversations are between the patient and the clinic. We do not use the data for anything other than providing this service, and each clinic sees only its own correspondence.
- Message data is processed only to provide this service
- It is not sold or shared with third parties
- It is not used for advertising or profiling
- Each business has access only to its own data
What changes
The difference between running messages from three separate apps and running them inside the panel:
Frequently asked
Is this a separate product I buy on top?
It is not a separate product. Messaging is a module that runs inside Bi'Klinik, the product the clinic already uses. You do not install another program or sign in somewhere else.
Which accounts are connected, and who connects them?
Your WhatsApp Business Platform account, your Instagram professional account and your Facebook Page are connected. The clinic makes the connection itself: in Meta's setup flow you sign in with your own accounts and grant permission. The accounts stay in your ownership, and you can cut access from Meta Business Manager whenever you want.
Can I send bulk messages to patients whenever I like?
No. On WhatsApp you can send free text within 24 hours of the patient's last message to you. Once that window closes, only a template Meta has approved in advance goes out. This is the rule of the WhatsApp Business Platform, not a restriction we added, which is why we do not promise bulk messaging at any time.
What happens to my message data?
Message data is processed only to provide this service. It is not sold or shared with third parties, and it is not used for advertising or profiling. Each business has access only to its own data, so one clinic cannot see another clinic's conversations.
Can I write a patient's clinical information here?
This module sits on the appointment and communication side: reminders, confirmations, and answers to what the patient asked. History, prescriptions, tests and diagnosis are out of Bi'Klinik's scope, and messaging does not open a screen for them either.
Do appointment reminders now go out over WhatsApp?
The two are separate. The automatic appointment reminder setting you switch on in the panel works over SMS and email, and we describe it on the reminders and notifications page. What is described here is sending from the inbox: you write with the patient, and if the window is closed you send an approved template.
Which company provides the service?
MANTA Teknoloji ve Bilişim Sistemleri Limited Şirketi. Bi'Klinik is that company's product, and the messaging module is offered inside the same product.
