Let the panel speak the same language as your tools.
Bank statement lines land in the panel on their own, appointments reach your phone calendar, invoices leave through the official channel, and prepayment for an online appointment goes through 3D Secure. You pay no separate subscription for e-invoicing or SMS.
Who it is for
For clinics that follow appointments from a phone, want to issue invoices from the panel, and want to take prepayment on online appointments.
- Practitioners who want the day's schedule in their own phone calendar
- Clinics that would rather not open a second portal to invoice
- Clinics reducing no-show risk with prepayment
- Managers who want cash, transfer and card counted separately
Google Calendar: the day's patient schedule on your phone
You set the connection up from your profile. An appointment opened in the panel also shows in your own calendar, so you do not have to sign in to check the day while you are away from the clinic.
- You open the connection from the Integrations tab in your profile
- Patient appointments also land in the practitioner's phone calendar
- The panel stays the source; the record lives in the clinic's calendar
- The mobile app is free on the App Store and Google Play
e-Fatura: the document is issued where the receipt already is
Invoices are issued from the panel and sent through a licensed integrator, so you never open a second portal and type the same details again. The document is built from the treatment receipt's own record.
- Sending and receiving run through Nilvera, a licensed integrator
- The e-Fatura and e-Arşiv documents you issue are approved by GİB, Türkiye's tax authority
- The patient's legal title, tax number and tax office live on the patient card
- Included in the price; there is no separate module fee for e-invoicing
- The rules for who must switch to e-Fatura change every year; check GİB's own page for your clinic's situation
Prepayment: card details never touch our servers
If prepayment is switched on for a service, the patient goes through a payment step while booking. Card details are typed straight into the payment provider's page and never reach our servers at any point.
- You switch prepayment on from the service card; when it is off, it does not appear in the flow
- The payment goes through the bank's 3D Secure check
- Card details do not reach Bi'Klinik servers, they go straight to the payment provider
- The amount charged is calculated on the server and taken exactly as shown on screen
Bank: your account's movements arrive in the panel on their own
You connect the clinic's QNB account once and the movements flow into the panel. At the end of the month you do not key the statement in line by line, and you never enter the same movement twice.
- Lines collect in the Bank Movements tab on the Payments screen
- Each line carries the date, account, description, counterparty, amount, balance and reference number
- Every line reads either Open or Matched, never something in between
- When you open a record on top of an open line, the amount is filled in for you
- Once you finish the record, that line no longer sits in the Open list
- Only staff you have authorised can open the tab
POS and payment channel: where the money came from is on the record
A payment taken at the clinic is written to the account it came through. At the end of the day you do not separate cash from card by hand; the record already arrives separated.
- You pick the channel on the Add Payment screen: cash, credit card or bank transfer
- The cash drawer and the bank are defined as separate accounts
- The Payments tab of the Revenue / Treatment Report carries Wallet and Payment Method columns
- The Payment Method Breakdown chart separates what each channel brought in
- On a partial payment the remaining amount waits as an open item on the account
What changes
The difference between a day when four tools work separately and a day when they are tied to the same record:
Frequently asked
Do practitioners' appointments show up in Google Calendar?
Yes. You set the connection up from the Integrations tab in your profile, and appointments opened in the panel land in your own phone calendar. The record itself stays in the clinic's calendar; Google Calendar is a reflection of it.
Do I need a second program or portal to issue invoices?
No. You issue the invoice from the panel, and sending and receiving run through a licensed integrator. e-Fatura and e-Arşiv documents are approved by GİB and included in the package; there is no separate module fee. Because the document is built from the treatment receipt's record, you do not retype its line items or VAT. The rules for who must switch to e-Fatura and when change every year; check the current conditions GİB publishes for your own situation, and we will go through it together during setup.
Is there an e-Nabız integration?
e-Nabız is not among the connections described on this page. What Bi'Klinik keeps is the order of your records and your money: the patient card, appointments, treatment receipts, payments and reports. The clinical record itself (history, prescriptions, tests, diagnosis) is out of scope, so we do not describe a transfer into it here. If your clinic needs e-Nabız reporting, let us look at it together during setup.
Is there an SGK or Medula integration?
No, there is no SGK or Medula connection today. Bi'Klinik is built for clinics working privately: patient records, appointments, treatment receipts, payments and revenue reporting. If your billing runs through SGK, Türkiye's social security institution, Bi'Klinik does not cover that need; we say so plainly during the setup call so neither side loses time.
Can I take prepayment on an online appointment?
Yes. If prepayment is required for a service, a payment step is added to the online booking flow. The payment goes through the bank's 3D Secure screen, and card details never reach Bi'Klinik servers at any point; they go straight to the payment provider.
Can I reach patients over WhatsApp or Instagram?
No. Today appointment reminders go by SMS and email, and appointments are taken from the panel or the online booking form on your web page. There is no automatic sending or booking over WhatsApp or Instagram. The number sits on the patient card, so you can send a message by hand if you want to.
Can I connect the clinic's bank account and match movements?
Yes. You connect your QNB account once and statement lines land on their own in the Bank Movements tab of the Payments screen. Each line shows Transaction Date, Account, Description, Counterparty, Amount, Balance and Reference No, and reads Open or Matched. When you open a record straight from an open line you do not have to type the amount, and the line moves to matched. The tab depends on permissions; staff without them cannot see it.
Does the panel exchange data with the POS device at the clinic?
The panel records which channel a payment came through: you write a card payment to that account, and it appears in the Wallet and Payment Method columns on the Payments tab of the Revenue / Treatment Report. So this is not data exchange with the device itself, it is the payment being written to the right channel. You do not need to separate cash from card by hand at the end of the day; the earnings section of the dashboard already shows the split.
Let's decide together which tool to connect at your clinic.
Leave your contact details and we will set up the calendar connection and the invoicing side together on your clinic's demo screen.
