Are session notes kept?
No. There is no screen for session notes, tests or treatment plans. The card holds a short free-text note and documents, and neither counts as a clinical record.
How do I mark a no-show or a late cancellation?
Open the appointment and mark it as no-show or cancelled. Both ask for confirmation and stay in the appointment history with a badge.
Can patients book their own session?
Yes. Publish your services on your business site; the patient picks the day and hour and the booking lands on your calendar.
