The period's revenue, collections and patient balances in one report.
The revenue report gives the period's total, treatment count and average receipt; the account report splits the same period patient by patient. Apply the filter and download the list as Excel or PDF.
Who it is for
For managers who would rather read the clinic's position on their own screen than hear the period figure from an accountant at month end.
- Clinics running department by department without being able to separate what each brought in
- Owners wondering how revenue is spread across staff
- Managers who want to see in one go whose balance is still open
- Front desks retyping the month-end export into a spreadsheet
Period revenue, treatment count and average receipt
The Sales tab of the Revenue / Treatment Report opens the period with three cards. The list below holds that period's treatments row by row, so you can see which rows the card was built from.
- Period Revenue, Treatment Count and Average Receipt cards sit above the list
- List columns: Branch, Date, Customer, Title, Staff, Amount
- The Daily Revenue chart shows which days of the period were busy
- The Revenue Breakdown chart separates where the total came from
Which method the collected money came in through
The Payments tab shows the same period from the side the money came in. Period Revenue and Collected sit next to each other, so you read the gap between them at a glance.
- Period Revenue and Collected cards open the tab
- List columns: Branch, Date, Customer, Wallet, Payment Method, Description, Staff, Amount
- The Payment Method Breakdown chart separates what each method brought in
- The Daily Collections chart plots what came into the till day by day
Staff breakdown and export
The Staff tab splits the period person by person, with revenue and average receipt written on cards. If the report is not staying on screen, it downloads as Excel or PDF with the same filter.
- Average Revenue per Staff Member and Average Receipt per Staff Member cards
- The Highest Revenue Staff Member card shows who led the period
- Filters work together: date range, branch, staff member, department
- Download Excel and Download PDF take the filtered list exactly as it is
Balance and statement per patient
The Account Report (Patients) splits the period's total patient by patient. It has three tabs: Financial gives the balance, Details gives contact and registration information, and Statement gives one account's movement export. The same report is available for suppliers and other accounts on their own tabs.
- Financial tab columns: Account, Balance, Revenue, Revenue Count
- Highest Balance, Highest Revenue and Highest Risk Ratio cards
- The Details tab opens with New Customer and Existing Customer cards
- Statement cards: Opening Balance, Period Debit, Period Credit, Closing Balance
- Statement rows: Date, Type, Department, Description, Amount, Balance

Frequently asked
What does a clinic revenue report do?
It shows on one screen what the clinic produced in a period and how much of it was collected. In Bi'Klinik the Revenue / Treatment Report splits the period into Sales, Payments and Staff tabs, and each tab has its own summary cards and row list. The figure comes for the date range you pick, not at month end.
Can I export the report to Excel?
Yes. The Revenue / Treatment Report screen has Download Excel and Download PDF buttons, and the file comes down with whatever filter you applied on screen. The Account Report carries the same two buttons, so you can also download the balance export per patient.
Can I see in one go whose balance is still open?
Yes, the Financial tab of the Account Report (Patients) exists for exactly that. The list arrives with Account, Balance, Revenue and Revenue Count columns, and the Highest Balance card sits at the top. For a single patient's movement export you switch to the Statement tab and pick that account first.
Where do I follow the day's appointment position?
From the dashboard. Today's appointment count and completion rate sit in the cards at the top, and the Appointment Details section counts today's, this week's and completed appointments separately. The appointment screens themselves are described on the appointment calendar page.
Can I filter the report by branch and staff member?
Yes. On the Revenue / Treatment Report's filter row, date range, branch, staff member and department work together. The Staff tab also carries Average Revenue per Staff Member, Average Receipt and Highest Revenue Staff Member cards. These cards show how revenue is spread; they do not score staff.
Does clinic reporting replace accounting software?
No. The figures here come from the treatment and payment records you entered into the panel, and describe the pre-accounting side. Statutory ledgers, tax returns and year-end accounting stay with your accountant. You download the period export as Excel or PDF and pass it on to them.
