Record a payment on the patient card
You enter the amount and the payment method. If the patient has open items, you choose which ones the payment closes.
Lead board, surgery calendar and patient card on one screen.
The caller first sits on the board as a lead; when they come to the consultation you open their card and write the surgery day on the calendar. The medical history and the payments both gather on that card.
Why Bi'Klinik?
This is not operating-theatre software; it is about not losing the lead who called, the surgery day you gave and the payment still due. How it was, how it will be:
Patient records encrypted, every account in its own role.
The patient coordinator who opens the lead board and the person who records payments do not need to see the same screens; you give each account its role.
Special-category health data
A patient's health data is special-category data; it is encrypted and processed on servers in Türkiye.
E-Nabız
You define the SKRS code on the service and send the coded lines on the receipt to E-Nabız from the panel.
GİB-approved e-documents
The e-Invoice and e-Archive document is issued from the clinic's panel.
10 users included
10 users included for the doctor, coordinators and front desk; on the messaging side, 1,200 SMS and WhatsApp messages.
The office work of a hair transplant clinic, in one panel.
The lead sits on the board, the appointment on the calendar, the medical history and the payment on the patient's card. You do not keep separate lists of who was called, who got a surgery day and who still owes.
Lead board
You add the person who calls or writes as a lead; the board shows them with the statuses New, Called, Qualified and Closed. You open the same list as a table and also see the page the lead came from.
Consultation and surgery appointments
You define the consultation, the surgery and the follow-up check as separate services. For the surgery day you write the appointment with a start and an end time, in the column of the person performing the surgery.
Medical history and the medical record alert
You arrange the condition list in the medical history around what your clinic asks before surgery, and keep the question on medication in use switched on. When you open a sale for a patient who has a medical record, the panel reminds you of it.
Patient card and files
Appointment history, treatments, notes and documents on the same card. You upload the files from the hair analysis and the surgery to the Documents tab of the card; there is no separate screen that compares images side by side.
Care products, stock and repeat interval
You define the care product you give after surgery with its stock quantity and enter its repeat interval in days. When the product is due, the patient appears in the Repeats due list; the coordinator makes the call from that list.
Payments in parts
You record the payments taken before and after surgery as separate collections; the difference shows as an open balance on the patient's card. You issue the document as an e-Invoice or e-Archive from the same panel.

A team that knows the work from the first call to the surgery day.
While the doctor and the team are in surgery, the patient coordinator answers the phone, gives the appointment and records the payment. Bi'Klinik sets up the work of that desk; the medical plan of the surgery stays with the doctor.
Questions on your mind
What hair transplant clinics ask first. If your answer is not here, leave your phone number and we will go through the same question on the phone.
What is Bi'Klinik, and what does it do for hair transplant clinics?
Bi'Klinik is cloud-based clinic management software that keeps the lead tracking, appointments, patient card, medical history, payments and e-invoices of hair transplant clinics in one panel. You follow the lead on the board, write the consultation and the surgery day on the calendar, and see the payment received and the open balance on the patient's card. There is no screen for graft counts or a surgery plan.
Can I keep the graft count and the surgery plan?
No, there are no fields for these. There is no screen for graft counts, the transplanted area or a surgery plan; you write this information on the patient's card as a note or upload it as a file.
How do I follow up the leads who call?
On the board in the Leads screen. You add the lead, call them and record the outcome; the lead moves between the statuses New, Called, Qualified and Closed. The table view also shows the page the lead came from.
Does someone who fills in the form on my website land in the panel?
Yes. You add the ready-made code from the panel to your own site; the request of a visitor who fills in the form lands in the Requests list in your panel. Full name and phone are required in the form; you also enter the e-mail addresses to be notified when a new request arrives.
Do messages from leads who write on Instagram come into the panel?
Not yet. The inbox in the panel takes WhatsApp messages today; Instagram and Messenger are coming soon.
Is a transfer and accommodation plan kept for patients coming from abroad?
No. There is no screen for transfer and accommodation plans. You follow a patient coming from abroad on the same patient card and record their appointment and payment in the same place.
Does it calculate the patient coordinators' commission?
No. Bi'Klinik does not calculate commission. The sales list shows the consultant of each sale in a separate column, and the Staff tab of the revenue report shows how revenue is split between people.
Is there diagnosis recording and E-Nabız submission?
Yes, both. You write the diagnosis with its ICD-10 code, together with the medical history and the epicrisis note, in the patient's Medical Record tab. You define the SKRS code on the surgery service once; after that you send the coded line on the receipt to E-Nabız from the panel yourself and see the status of the submission in the treatment details.
The clinic has a doctor, coordinators and a front desk; how many users are included?
The membership includes 10 users: the doctor, the patient coordinator and the front desk each sign in with their own account. The 12-month membership arrives with 1,200 SMS and WhatsApp messages; if you want to cancel you can, and the remaining months are refunded.
