There are two kinds of page in the list. The calculator is quick enough to open while you are at reception: you enter the number, you read the result. The guides are texts to read after the clinic closes and adapt to your own routine.
The VAT tool separates the amount quoted to the patient from the base that goes on the record. The no-show piece covers the patient who does not turn up and the slot left empty; the personal data piece covers which information is genuinely needed and who should see it.
All of them were written for the doctor running their own clinic, for reception and for the clinic manager, and none of them requires using a program. The name Bi'Klinik appears once, at the very end.
