Why Bi'Klinik?

This is not hospital automation; it is about keeping the visit, the diagnosis and the follow-up on the same card without breaking privacy. How it was, how it will be:

BeforeThe history taken at the first visit is in a paper fileNowThe medical history is in the patient's medical record, with the medication and family history questions switched on
BeforeThe follow-up date is written on a slip and handed to the patientNowThe follow-up is on the calendar as a recurring appointment, once a month
BeforeThe reminder message openly states the specialty of the practiceNowWith show service name switched off, the name of the visit does not appear in the message
BeforeThe diagnosis code is noted in a separate notebookNowThe ICD-10 coded diagnosis is in the Medical Record tab of the card
BeforeVisits to be sent to E-Nabız are sorted out at the end of the dayNowYou send a visit with a code defined to E-Nabız from the receipt; the submission status is in the treatment details

Patient records encrypted, and you decide what the message says.

A psychiatry record is special-category health data; it is kept encrypted and stored on servers in Türkiye. You decide whether the name of the visit appears in the notification the patient receives.

Special-category record

The health record is encrypted; the servers it is processed on are in Türkiye.

Sending to E-Nabız

You send a visit with an SKRS code defined to E-Nabız from the panel.

Privacy in the message

With the show service name option switched off, the notification does not carry the name of the visit.

What the membership covers

10 users included; the doctor and the secretary sign in with separate accounts. There are 1,200 SMS and WhatsApp messages too.

The record-keeping of a psychiatry practice, in one panel.

The visit sits on the calendar, the medical history and the diagnosis in the medical record, the payment on the patient's card. At the follow-up visit you open the earlier record without hunting for a file.

  • First visit and follow-up appointments

You define the first visit and the follow-up visit as separate services, each with its duration. You set up regular follow-up as a recurring appointment once a month and see the dates that will be created in the preview.

  • Medical history: medication and family history

In the medical history form you keep the questions on medication in use, history of illness and family history switched on, and arrange the condition list around what you ask. New questions cannot be added to the form.

  • Diagnosis and epicrisis

You write the ICD-10 coded diagnosis and the epicrisis note in the Medical Record tab on the patient's card; the medical history is in the same tab. Prescriptions are not written from this panel.

  • Notifications that hide the service name

The appointment notification goes out on WhatsApp first, by SMS if it does not get through. When you switch off the show service name option, the message does not carry the name of the visit; you see which message went out in the Notifications tab of the card.

  • E-Nabız submission

You define the SKRS code on the visit service. You send the coded lines on the receipt to E-Nabız from the panel and check in the treatment details whether they went through.

  • Payment and e-Invoice from the card

You record the payment for the visit with the Add payment button on the patient's card; from the same card, Create invoice takes you to the GİB-approved e-Invoice or e-Archive document. Whatever is not settled stays on the card as an open balance.

A team that knows privacy comes first in this specialty.

A patient may not want anyone to know they come here. Hiding the service name in the message is one of the settings we go through with you during setup.

Questions on your mind

What psychiatrists ask before setup. If you want to ask something that is not here, leave your number and we will call.

What is Bi'Klinik, and what does it do for psychiatry practices?

Bi'Klinik is cloud-based clinic management software that keeps the appointments, patient card, medical history, diagnosis record, payments and e-invoices of psychiatry practices in one panel. You define the first visit and the follow-up as separate services and write the ICD-10 coded diagnosis in the patient's Medical Record tab; you can hide the service name in the notification. There is no prescription screen and no psychometric tests or scales.

Can I write an e-prescription?

No, there is no screen for writing prescriptions. You write the medication in use under the medication question of the medical history form, and you keep writing prescriptions in the system you use today.

Can I run a psychometric test or a scale?

No. There is no screen for tests, scales or scoring. You upload the result of the test you ran to the patient's card as a file, or add it to the medical history as an attachment.

Does the message the patient receives state the name of the visit?

Not if the show service name option is switched off. The option is in the notification section of the appointment settings; when you switch it off, the message does not carry the name of the visit. Until the setup is done, the WhatsApp message goes out under the name Bi'Klinik; sending under the practice's own name requires the setup.

Can I set up the appointments of a patient who comes for follow-up once a month in one go?

Yes. When you open the appointment you pick Monthly as the repeat period and enter how many times it repeats; before you save, the preview shows the dates that will be created. A series takes at most 20 repeats.

Where do I see whether a patient wants to receive messages?

In the personal details section of the card. Contact permissions are shown separately for SMS and e-mail; you see there whether each is permitted or not approved. For a single appointment you can switch off sending an SMS to the patient in the appointment form.

How do diagnosis recording and E-Nabız submission work?

You write the diagnosis with its ICD-10 code in the patient's Medical Record tab; the medical history and the epicrisis note are there too. Once you define the SKRS code on the visit service, you send the line on the receipt to E-Nabız from the panel. We go through the E-Nabız settings with you during setup.

Can I open separate accounts for the doctor and the secretary, and what does the membership include?

Yes, you open separate accounts; the membership includes 10 users. The 12-month membership also covers 1,200 SMS and WhatsApp messages; you can cancel it whenever you like, and the remaining months are refunded.
