What happens to the information you leave us.
When you fill in the demo request form, we receive your name, your phone number and your email address. This page explains what we do with that information, who sees it and what you can ask for.

Which data, what for
The form asks only for the items below. We do not ask for an identity number, an address or payment details.

Who sees it
We do not sell your information and we do not transfer it to third parties for marketing. But the service providers below are involved in making the form work, and some of them have servers outside Turkiye.

Who on our team sees it
Your request arrives as a notification to the sales team, and the person who calls you sees this information. We do not share it with anyone outside the team.
How long we keep it
We keep the record only as long as it is needed after your callback request is handled; once the purpose is gone, we delete it.
If you want it deleted sooner, you can apply through the channel below.
Commercial electronic messages
Sending you campaigns and announcements requires a separate consent. The call-back forms carry no such box, so a number you leave there gets no marketing messages, only a reply to your request. If you tick the commercial message box on the booking form, we send campaigns.
If you did give consent, you can withdraw it at any time; every message includes a way out.
No automated decisions
We do not run any automated assessment or profiling on the information you leave. A person calls you.
Your rights
Article 11 of the KVKK (Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698) gives everyone whose personal data is processed the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed
- To request information about the processing if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties in Turkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred
- To request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- To request deletion or destruction when the conditions for it are met
- To request that correction, deletion and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred
- To object to a result against you arising from analysis of the data exclusively through automated systems
- To request compensation for the damage if you suffer damage because the data has been processed unlawfully

We respond to your application within thirty days at the latest.
