Session calendar per teacher
When you open the calendar by staff member, each teacher and therapist becomes a column. You define the weekly working shift and public holidays in the staff screen.
Recurring individual sessions
You set up the session of a student who comes at the same time every week as a recurring appointment; the preview shows the sessions that will be created. An appointment is opened for one student; there is no shared session for group teaching.
Student card
The parent's phone number, appointment history, notes and documents gather on the student's card. The panel keeps the student record under the name Patient card.
Parent notifications
A notification goes to the parent one day before the session: on WhatsApp first, by SMS if it does not get through. There is also a ready-made notification text for a session you cancel or move while the teacher is on leave.
Payments for sessions the parent pays for
You record a session the parent pays for themselves as a payment and see the open balance on the student's card. The accrual of state-funded sessions and the payment made to the institution are not tracked in this panel.
Expenses and staff
You enter rent, transport and material expenses as a single entry or line by line, and add a payment plan to the expense. The teachers' leave records sit in the staff screen.

The official side of a special education centre runs in the ministry's systems; we do not touch it. We set up the daily routine inside the centre: who is with which teacher at what time, which parent was notified, and whether the session the parent pays for has been paid.

What is Bi'Klinik, and what does it do for special education and rehabilitation centres?
Bi'Klinik is cloud-based clinic management software that keeps the session calendar, student card, parent reminders and payments for parent-paid sessions of special education and rehabilitation centres in one panel. You write the session in the teacher's column, and the reminder goes to the parent on WhatsApp first. There is no ministry (MEB) or RAM module, no BEP and no state-funding accrual; it does not replace the system you use for those.
Can I run the ministry and RAM records from this software?
No. There is no module that sends records to the ministry's systems or tracks the validity period of a RAM report. You can upload a copy of the report to the student's card as a file; the official procedure stays in its own system.
Can I prepare a BEP and track progress?
No, there is no screen for the BEP or for tracking goals. The teacher writes a short note about the session in the Notes tab of the card and uploads the plan they prepared as a file.
Does it produce the accrual for state-funded sessions?
No. There is no counting of state-funded sessions, no accrual and no tracking of the payment made to the institution. The panel only keeps the payments and the open balance for sessions the parent pays for themselves.
Can I open a group teaching session?
No, an appointment is opened for one student. There are no group sessions or capacity limits; you set up the individual session as a recurring appointment.
So who uses Bi'Klinik in these centres, and for what?
A centre that wants to take the session calendar and the accounts of parent-paid sessions out of the notebook. The teachers' days sit on the calendar column by column, the parent gets a notification one day before, and the payment goes onto the student's card. It works alongside the system you use for official records.
How does the session reminder reach the parent?
On WhatsApp first, by SMS if it does not get through. The reminder goes out one day before the session, at the time you chose in the appointment settings, and is sent to the phone number on the student's card. Until the setup is done the sender of the WhatsApp message shows as Bi'Klinik; to send under the centre's own name you request the setup.
How many users does the membership include, and can I cancel?
10 users are included and you can cancel. You cancel the 12-month membership whenever you want and the remaining months are refunded. The membership also has 1,200 SMS and WhatsApp messages.
