Private practice patient software: card open, account closed by evening.
Bi'Klinik holds the record side of a private practice: the patient card, ICD-10 coded diagnosis, E-Nabız submission and collections in one place. The front desk books the day, you enter the diagnosis.

Record a payment on the patient card
You enter the amount and the payment method. If the patient has open items, you choose which ones the payment closes.
The record side of your practice, on one screen.
The appointment sits on the calendar, the diagnosis on the patient card, the payment on the receipt. Front desk and doctor open the same record from their own screen.
Why Bi'Klinik?
This is not hospital software; it is about the card and the account not waiting for the evening. How it was, how it will be:
Patient records are safe, compliance handled.
Health data is handled under the special-category rules of data-protection law, encrypted and stored on servers in Türkiye. A role decides who opens which screen; only authorised health staff see the Medical Record tab.
Special-Category Compliant
Patient records are regulation compliant and encrypted, processed on servers in Türkiye.
E-Nabız Compatible
You send SKRS-coded receipt lines to E-Nabız from the panel.
Officially Approved
The e-Fatura and e-Arşiv documents you issue are legally valid.
Separated Permissions
A screen outside the role never shows in the menu; document and notification tabs open on permission.
The record side of your practice, in one panel.
Appointment, diagnosis, receipt, payment and invoice run off the same record.
Patient card
Treatments, appointments, accounting, notes and documents on one card. Open it and see what was done last time and what is still owed.
Medical Record
History, ICD-10 coded diagnosis and the epicrisis note sit in the Medical Record tab; only authorised health staff see it.
E-Nabız
Send the SKRS-coded lines on a treatment receipt to E-Nabız from the panel; see the sending status in the treatment details.
The front desk calendar
Books the phone call by clicking an empty slot; when the patient arrives, one click on Arrived opens the receipt.
Collections and e-Invoice
Cash, card and bank transfer are recorded apart; a partial payment waits as an open item. The approved e-Invoice or e-Archive comes from the same receipt.
Revenue and patient report
Period revenue, treatment count and per-patient balance on one screen; export to Excel or PDF.

Questions on your mind
What doctors opening a private practice ask first. If the answer is not here, leave your number.
What is patient management software for a private practice?
It keeps the patient's card, appointment, diagnosis and payment in one record. In Bi'Klinik the front desk books the appointment, a receipt opens when the patient arrives, the history and ICD-10 coded diagnosis sit in the Medical Record tab, and the payment and e-invoice come from the same receipt.
Can I keep history, diagnosis and prescriptions?
History and diagnosis yes, prescriptions no. In the Medical Record tab you keep the history, the ICD-10 coded diagnosis and the epicrisis note. Only authorised health staff see the tab. There is no screen for writing prescriptions.
Can I send to E-Nabız?
Yes. The SKRS-coded lines on a treatment receipt are sent from Bi'Klinik to E-Nabız, and the status shows in the E-Nabız tab of the treatment details. You define the SKRS code on the service once, and we set up the E-Nabız settings with you.
Is there SGK or Medula integration?
No, there is no SGK or Medula connection today. Bi'Klinik is built for private practices: patient card, appointments, treatment receipt, collections and the revenue report. If your billing runs through SGK it does not cover that need.
Is it right for a one-doctor practice?
Yes. It runs with one doctor, or with two accounts for the doctor and the front desk. Users and SMS are included in the membership; branches and disk space are added as you grow.
The day's patients in your pocket.
Away from the practice you still open the day's appointments and the patient's card from your phone. The app is free on the App Store and Google Play.

We'll call you and build your calendar and service list with you, and you start the same day.
