Define the repeat interval once on a service or product; patients whose repeat is due or overdue gather in the Repeats due list, where the clinic sees who to call.
Medical history and medical record
Add the rows your clinic asks about to the condition list in the medical history and remove the ones it does not. If the patient has a medical record, the panel flags it when you open the sale record; you go to the Medical Record tab from there before starting the treatment.
Appointments and notifications
Click a free slot to open an appointment. Notifications go out on WhatsApp first and are sent by SMS if they do not get through; you can hide the service name in the message.
Patient card and documents
Treatments, appointment history, notes and documents on the same card. Upload a file to the Documents tab of the card and download them all as a ZIP whenever you like.

What is Bi'Klinik, and what does it do for medical aesthetics clinics?
Bi'Klinik is cloud-based clinic management software that keeps the appointments, patient card, medical history, payments and e-invoices of medical aesthetics and dermatology clinics in one panel. You write the appointment on the calendar and keep the medical history on the patient's card; appointment notifications go out on WhatsApp first. There is no separate screen for comparing before and after photos; you upload the file to the patient's card.
Where do I enter the repeat interval, and where do I see who is due?
You enter the interval in the definition of the service or product and see the list under Repeats due. The list shows patients who are due or overdue with their due date and delay; it also has a Notified column.
Can I adapt the medical history form to my clinic?
Partly. You add, change or remove rows in the condition list, and you switch the questions on medication in use, history of illness and family history on or off. New questions cannot be added, and there is no ready-made template per treatment.
Can I store before and after photos?
There is no separate screen for photos. You upload files to the Documents tab on the patient's card and download what you have uploaded together as a ZIP.
Do appointment reminders go out on WhatsApp?
Yes. Appointment notifications go out on WhatsApp first and are sent by SMS if they do not get through. The message text is a WhatsApp-approved template and cannot be changed.
Is there diagnosis recording and E-Nabız for a dermatology practice?
Yes. In the Medical Record tab on the patient card you keep the medical history, an ICD-10 coded diagnosis and the epicrisis note; you send the SKRS-coded lines on a treatment receipt to E-Nabız from the panel. There is no screen for writing prescriptions.
Can I define services and products as a package?
Yes. You define the package with the services and products in it. The unpaid amount of a treatment shows as an open balance on the patient's card, in the Treatments tab.
How many users does the membership include?
10 users are included; 1,200 SMS and WhatsApp messages are part of the membership too. The membership runs for 12 months; you can cancel whenever you like and the remaining months are refunded.
