Weekly session series
When you open the session you pick weekly as the repeat period and enter the number of repeats; a preview shows which appointments will be created. For a single session, clicking a free slot is enough.
Client card
Appointment history, treatments, notes and documents on one card. In the panel this card is called the Patient card.
Report and home exercise files
You upload the assessment report and the exercise you prepared to the card as files; download them all as a ZIP whenever you like.
Session reminders
The reminder goes out one day before the session to the phone number on the card: on WhatsApp first, by SMS if it does not get through.
Payments and open balance
Record the payment to a cash, bank or POS account; the amount not yet settled shows as an open balance on the client's card.
e-Invoice and e-Archive
Issue the GİB-approved e-Invoice or e-Archive document from the same panel; no separate portal to log in to.

What is Bi'Klinik, and what does it do for speech and language therapists?
Bi'Klinik is cloud-based clinic management software that keeps the session calendar, client card, reminders and payments of speech and language therapists in one panel. You set up the weekly session series in one go, the reminder goes out on WhatsApp first, and the payment and open balance stay on the card. There is no separate screen for assessment tests, therapy goals or progress tracking.
How many repeats can I enter for a session series at most?
At most 20, at least 2 repeats. You enter the number when you open the session; before you save, a preview shows the appointments that will be created.
Is there a screen for assessment tests or a therapy plan?
No. There is no separate screen for tests, scales or therapy goals. You upload your report to the card as a file and write your short note about the session in the Notes tab.
Does the session reminder go to the parent?
It goes to the phone number on the card. For a child client you enter the parent's number in the phone field of the card; the reminder is sent to that number on WhatsApp first, by SMS if it does not get through.
Can I see cancelled sessions?
Yes. In the appointment list you switch on the option to show cancelled ones; cancelled sessions then appear in the list.
Which session is still unpaid, and where do I see it?
In the Treatments tab on the client's card. Each record shows its open balance next to it; the total debit and credit are in the Finance status section of the card.
I work on my own; is it right for me?
Yes. It works with a single therapist too; the membership includes 10 users and 1,200 SMS and WhatsApp messages. The membership runs for 12 months; you can cancel whenever you like and the remaining months are refunded.
